1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and sign-in method.

Birth data you enter: date, time and place of birth, used to compute charts. If you save charts or chat with the Guru while signed in, these are stored so you can return to them.

Payment data: we never see your card or UPI details — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. We store only the plan, payment id and validity period.

Usage data: pages visited and features used, to improve the service.

2. What we do with it

We use your data to run the calculations you ask for, remember your charts and conversations, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your birth details for advertising.

3. AI processing

Questions you ask the Guru, together with any chart you attach, are sent to our AI providers (OpenRouter and Lovable's AI gateway) solely to produce the answer. Do not share secrets, passwords or others' personal data in chat.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. You may delete saved charts, conversations and your account at any time from the Account page; deletion removes the associated records from our database.

On-device features (Sadhana counter, Life Journal) keep their data in your browser's local storage and never reach our servers.

5. Your rights

Under Indian law (including the DPDP Act, 2023) you may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. We respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The platform is not directed at children under 13. Birth details of children entered by parents for Kundli or naming are processed only for the requested calculation.
